Mark your calendars! The Pirates' 2025 fixtures are here, kicking off with a MASSIVE showdown against Oxford!

The Pirates are gearing up for an action-packed 2025 campaign, starting with a thrilling BSN Series showdown against the Oxford Cheetahs.This eagerly anticipated clash, set for April 16th at Cowley before returning to Wimborne Road for the return leg on Good Friday (April 18th), marks the opening chapter in Poole's bid to defend the BSN title they’ve claimed for the past two seasons.

Promoter Dan Ford shared his excitement: "I can't think of a better way to spend Good Friday than hosting Oxford. They’ll be eager to make a statement after our thrilling battles last year, and we’re hoping for a bumper holiday crowd to kick off the season in true derby style."

In addition to these domestic fixtures, the Pirates are preparing for two major northern tours—one in mid-May to Edinburgh and Berwick, and another in June with visits to Glasgow and Workington. Poole’s defence of the MAXiCab Championship Knockout Cup begins with a first-leg trip to Plymouth on May 24th, followed by the second leg at home on May 28th.

The Pirates are determined to make 2025 another memorable year as they aim to defend their Cab Direct Championship, MAXiCab KO Cup, and BSN Series titles.

Fans can mark their calendars for Press and Practice Day on Wednesday, April 2nd, with a 4 pm start. Sponsors and season ticket holders are invited to this special event.
