Poole Promoter Dan Ford has enthusiastically confirmed that Local company Wessex Marine who, although synonymous with the Poole Pirates but more widely within the speedway fraternity, will be continuing the long-term relationship with the Pirates throughout the 2022 season

"I don't really know what speedway would be like without David and Guy Adams involvement. They are above all else speedway enthusiasts but the support they offer to us, as a club, to individual riders and particularly their enthusiasm to support the development of youngsters, is a vital lifeline. They are such wonderful friends and we are proud to have a name so well known within the sport, backing the Pirates. They have shared in so much of our success here at Poole and I would like to believe that we continue this successful partnership for a long time yet."
