In heat four and taking his second ride of the night against opponents riding under the banner name of Yarmouth, Kurtz led home fellow Aussie Rohan Tungate and in doing so recorded his 100th outright race win as a Pirate. 

It was Brady's 281st ride for the club and his debut race win had been 278 rides earlier when Poole rode Coventry in the Elite Shield 1st leg of the 2016 season. That maiden win was heat 9 of that meeting and he beat Kacper Woryna. 

Kurtz, who following the Pirates' step down to the SGB Championship ahead of the planned 2020 season, moved to Belle Vue so that he could continue to race at top tier level. His final race win for the Pirates, his 194th, was his heat 15 victory in the Premiership play off semi final first leg at Wimborne Road on 26th September 2019 when he was partnered by Jack Holder to a 5-1 over Ipswich's Chris Harris and Niels-Kristian Iversen. 

Taking into consideration paid wins, then Kurtz's Poole career covered 233 unbeaten rides, his one hundreth under that criteria coming in heat 6 of the Pirates Bank Holiday morning meeting against Belle Vue on Monday 28th August 2017.  His 50th victory was registered against his former club Somerset when the Pirates hosted the Rebels on Good Friday 2017, a meeting in which he was victorious in his four out of his five rides, and the half century clocked up when recording the fourth of those (heat 14).
