NOTICE TO SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

24/07/20

With the 2020 SGB Championship season reluctantly having been officially cancelled due to the closure of crowd-admitted stadia for Elite sports, the Poole management would like to address the situation regarding season ticket purchases.

Dan Ford has confirmed that season ticket holders are entitled to carry their purchases over to 2021 where they will be valid under the exact same criteria as they would have been for 2020 and he is hoping that the majority of season ticket holders will take this option.

"We are really proud of the loyalty that our fan base shows to the club and we would especially like to thank those fans who shelled out money at the start of the season for their ongoing support and patience whilst we were waiting for the green light to go racing, which sadly never came. As we look ahead to next season, when, subject to BSPA approval, we intend to have the same septet of riders to take us into the Championship and a new chapter in the club's history, and we hope that those who invested in season tickets will want to be part of that journey into a bigger and better 2021 and they can do so just be rolling over their 2020 ticket. All we will require is a simple email to info@poole-speedway.com or write into Poole Speedway, Poole Stadium, Wimborne Road, Poole, BH15 2BP quoting the reference number, that appears on the reverse side of the ticket, and a confirmation that it the intention of the ticket holder to carry it forward to next season."

"However, we do understand that these are incredibly tough times for many so for those supporters who would prefer to go for a refund on their purchase then we will be happy to process their requests if they apply via email or letter (as per the above addresses) and in addition to quoting the reference number of the ticket, state details of the bank account to be credited."
