STEVIE READY AND RARING

3/07/20

Poole's new Worrall - Steve -  is ready to race seven days a week if necessary as he is desperate to see the 2020 season resume.

Worrall, who finished second behind his new Poole team-mate Danny King in the only meeting ridden in Britain this year, has revealed how he’d ride every day if he could.

He told British Speedway’s social media channels: “It’s been nice to have the kids at home full-time but I feel like we can see some light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully we are getting back to some normality.

“If we can get three good months of speedway in this year it would be great, I’m sure the fans would be desperate to get out into the fresh air and see as much racing as they can.

“I’d also be keen to ride every day, seven days a week! It would also enable us all to recoup some of the expense we went to in order to prepare for the new season. Fingers crossed
