SGB Premiership champions the Poole Pirates have announced a new main team sponsorship deal with the UK’s leading carpet cleaning company No1 Carpet Cleaning.
The family-run business has its head office in Christchurch and is run by Richie Barratt and Lisa Keet.
No1 Carpet Cleaning’s rapid growth has seen the company become the UK’s leading carpet cleaning firm in just FOUR YEARS.
Since franchising the business, No1 Carpet Cleaning has gone from a handful of franchisees to more than 50 in that time.
Richie said: “Over the past 18 months we’ve gone from having six or seven vans to more than 50 across the country, so the growth has been incredible.
“We cover every town, city and county in England, and we’ve now moved into Scotland as well.
Richie was introduced to Pirates owner Matt Ford by Anthony Tilley of Bournemouth marketing agency Bespoke 4 Business during the Pirates’ dramatic 2018 campaign that saw the club clinch the SGB Premiership title in its 70th anniversary season.
Richie added: “Anthony put me in touch with Matt about six months ago and we went down to the club on a race night and it was fantastic. We knew we wanted to be a part of the club’s success but we didn’t know at what level. Now we are in a position to become the lead sponsor and we couldn’t be happier to be coming on board.
“The brand awareness of being in partnership with the Pirates is huge and this will open a number of doors for us. We want this partnership to last for years, forever if we can! This can only be incredible for both our business and the Pirates because Matt’s drive is equivalent to our own.”
No1 Carpet Cleaning Poole Pirates boss Matt said: “I’ve really bought into what No1 Carpet Cleaning are doing. To achieve what they have in just four years is incredible and Richie and Lisa have huge incentive to grow the company even further over the next few years.
"Poole Speedway can now play a part in this company’s huge success. This deal very much feels like a true partnership where we will be working together for the benefit of both the Pirates and No1 Carpet Cleaning.”
