TONIGHT'S MEETING OFF!
18/05/16Tonight's scheduled meeting between the Pirates and Leicester Lions has been subjected to an early postponement due to the inclement weather forecast.
Poole boss Matt Ford explained "We are led to believe from the forecast that a month's rain is due to fall in our area today with heavy showers expected due this evening when we should be racing. We have therefore made this decision early to stop as many competitors having to travel to the UK."
A new date will be announced after consultation with the Leicester management.
The Pirates will next be in action on Monday evening when they host the visit of the Belle Vue Aces
