Poole Speedway are planning a special Celebration of Speedway evening to coincide with their next home meeting on Wednesday 24th August.
With special admission rates for Adults - dropped to £10 per person - coupled with free admission for any child accompanied by an adult.
There will be free air horns and vuvuzelas handed out to the first 200 children admitted as Poole boss Matt Ford hopes to create a carnival atmosphere for the meeting against Leicester.
"It is my intention to make this an annual event. We are reaching out to all persons of Poole to come and experience speedway and we now from past meetings that the bigger the crowd the better the atmosphere and hopefully Wednesday night will be something very special indeed.
"The team is still striving for a fourth straight Elite league title which if we can pull it off will be a remarkable achievement and one the town of Poole should be proud off.
"I still feel that there are many people in the area who have never been to speedway and hopefully we may attract some of those on Wednesday. We are keen to make this an entertaining and fun evening and it would be fantastic to see some new faces taking in the action for the first time.
Gates will open at 6pm on Wednesday with tapes-up at the normal start time of 7.30pm, and as with all Poole Speedway meetings it will be all pay on the door.
Prior to Wednesday's meeting the Pirates will be at Swindon on Monday (22nd) in a televised fixture against the Robins.
