POLES PROGRESS

22/06/14

Poole's polestars Maciej Janowski and Przemyslaw Pawlicki are both just 5 rides away from a place of right in the 2015 Grand Prix series after successfully negotiatiing their qualifying rounds on Saturday.

The two rounds, staged the day after Poole's trip to Coventry which prevented the Polish pair from appearing in, were held  in Czestochowa and Gorican - were open to seven qualifying places each. In their respective rounds Pawlicki scored 11 points, losing out to Kenneth Bjerre in a run-off for top spot, and Janowski finished fourth with 10 point.

Both riders will now progress to the GP Challenge in Lonigo, Italy on September 20th but fellow Pirate Vaclav Milik who also appeared in the Czestochowa scored three third places in his first three outings and was unable to add to that tally in his final two rides.
